Before we meet, I will ask you to fill out a questionnaire so I can understand where you are currently at with your lifestyle and preferences.
The initial consultation will be focused on your health goals and getting to know you. We will look at the challenges you may face and preferred timeframes. This can be done in person or over the phone/email. Then I will create your health plan and we will meet/chat again to discuss.
Follow-up sessions are to check your progress, modify your health plan and to keep you on track. You will feel supported and educated to make the changes required as you strive towards your goal. Timeframes are set by you.
